Tubular Type Stranding Machine for Cable Industry
1. Application
This machine is suitable for steel core aluminum stranded wire,
steel stranded wire or stranded wire. The two-section integrated production process of the stranded pipe
cage, small turning radius, both ends of the bearing support, can
ensure stable operation and long service time.
2. Feature
2.1 Tube rotating on encircling bearing or roller.
2.2 Machine able to work in torsion or total back twist with the
possibility of variable back twist.
2.3 Wire tension kept constant from full to empty payoff reel.
2.4 Wire/strand break detector for each payoff.
2.5 Pneumatic pintle equipped with safety locking system.

6. Our factory and introduction
Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers,
Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development
of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great
improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can
develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to
be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have
independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB
Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type
Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., LTD., covers an area
of 10,000 square meters, production workshop of 8,000 square
meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R&D staff. With an annual output of more than 10 million US dollars, the
company has developed into one of the most important strander
manufacturers in China.
