1. Application

This high speed machines mainly used for stranding copper wire,aluminum wire, steel wire,ACSR and wire rope.Accompanied with taping head,it can used for insulation cores and some control cable stranding process.The equipment unit is equipped with man-machine interface, PLC + touch screen form, each operation parameter can be displayed and set, computer connection port is equipped to realize unified allocation of big data.

2. Main Components
Central pay-off strand,armouring hose,die holder,taping device,capstan device,meter counter,take-up with traverse device,transminssion system and electric control system.

3.1 Cabinet type touch screen operation desk,which is convenient for operation and beautiful in form.
3.2 Reinforcement is added to the front support of the main machine to increase stability.
3.3 The machine is equipped with broken wire automatic stop device, emergency stop device and other protection ,which is safe and reliable.

3.4 The machine adopts ground shaft linkage to ensure the accuracy and stability of stranding pitch.The strander adopts frame structure to improve the rigidity of the structure, so it can rotate at high speed and improve the production efficiency.
