1. Application

The machine is mainly used for stranding and compacting of copper or aluminum sector or round conductor, as well as pre-spiral sectorconductor etc.Reinforcement is added to the front support of the main machine to increase stability. The wire die base is connected to the front support of the main machine, which has stronger integration and better mechanical rigidity.

2. Features
2.1 The actual rotating speed, capstan linear speed and other operating parameters of each strander can be displayed visually.
2.2 Whole structure will be machined on the big horizontal lathe.
2.3 High efficiency and speed. Cage max speed 253 RPM. Max line speed 62.3 m / min.
2.4 Adopt cabinet type touch screen operation desk , which is convenient for operation and beautiful in form.​

2.5 Surface polishing of capstan wheel.

2.6 The meter wheel is connected with the main control cabinet to set the meter for stopping.
