Durable Bearing Type Tubular Stranding Machine for Wire Making

1. Application
This high speed electric wire cable making machine is used for
stranding copper wire, aluminum wire, steel wire, aluminum stranded
steel core wire, and steel wire rope. Three sets of large bearings
are used to support the rotating tube of tubular strander JGG630
series so as to achieve higher rotating speed, smooth performance,
and a longer service life of the bearings.
2. Component
2.1.Basic: Pay-off stand, main machine, lubricating station,
die-holder, capstan wheels, end-shaft take-up with traverse, DC
speed regulator, Siemens PLC, touch screen, electric control
cabinet, and operation desk.
2.2At user’s option: AC variable frequency speed regulator, potral travel take-up with travel.

6. Our factory and introduction
Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers,
Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development
of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great
improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can
develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to
be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have
independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB
Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type
Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area
of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our
company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual output
value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has developed into
