1. Application
This machine is mainly used for armouring single or double steel wire around the cable, or manufacturing large section of steel wire ropes.Adopts DC induction servo motor drive, production line timing operation is controlled by control system .Freely setting of pitch and twist can be realized.

2. Main features

2.1 The machine is suitable for stranding long length and section bare aluminum copper , aluminum alloy, aluminum cable steel reinforcing wires to product the following power cables.Sector conductor,round compacted ,single core prespiralled.
2.2 The front and rear shaft heads of the main machine are made of integrated steel castings to avoid cracking caused by welding.

2.3 The braking area of the main machine is increased to improve the braking performance.Surface polishing of capstan wheel.
