500mm Cable Armouring Machine Steel Wire Stranding Machine

1. Application
This machine is mainly used for armouring single or double steel wire around the cable, or manufacturing large section of steel wire ropes.

2. Main Component
Central pay-off strand, armouring hose, die holder,taping device,traction device,meter counter, take-up traverse device,transminssion system and electric control system.

3. Main features
3.1 The machine is suitable for stranding long length and section bare aluminum copper , aluminum alloy, aluminum cable steel reinforcing wires to product the following power cables. Sector shapped conductors,round compacted ,single core prespiralled.
3.2The braking area of the main machine is increased to improve the braking performance.Surface polishing of capstan wheel .
3.3 Reinforcement is added to the front support of the main machine to increase stability. The wire die base is connected to the front support of the main machine, which has stronger integration and better mechanical rigidity.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual output value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has developed into one of the most important Stranding Machine Manufacturer in China.
