1250mm Bobbin 7 Wire Tubular Stranding Machine For ACSR
1. Application
The high speed machines mainly used for stranding copper wire,
aluminum wire, steel wire, ACSR and wire rope.Accompanied with
taping head, it can used for insulation cores and some control
cable stranding process.
2. Feature
2.1 The cage of the machine is a two-stage integral machining with
small radial runout and front and rear bearing support, stable
operation, low noise and long service life.
2.2 Machine able to work in torsion or total back twist with the
possibility of variable back twist.
2.3 Wire tension kept constant from full to empty payoff reel.
2.4 Wire/strand break detector for each payoff.
2.5 Pneumatic pintle equipped with safety locking system.

6. Our factory and introduction
Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers,
Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development
of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great
improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can
develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to
be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have
independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB
Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type
Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area
of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our
