500mm Bobbin Steel Planetary Stranding Machine With Back Twist
1. Usage
The machine is used for stranding Cu, Al wire, ACSR and insulated
wires with back-twist. It also can steel-armoring or Cu-screening
cables.
2. Main Characters
2.1 The bobbins in the cages can be loaded and unloaded individually
or inegrally, and in the latter case, three options are offered:
bottom- loading, top-loading and side- loading.
2.2 The bobbins in the cage are clamped pneumatically or by hands. In
the latter case, the bobbins are clamped by turning the worm gears
or hand wheels. Mechanical safe locking is provided for each
system.
2.3 The payoff tension is controlled by mechanical friction or by air
force. For the air force tension, the payoff tension is kept
constant from full to shallow bobbin under the electric control
system.
3. Configuration
Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel section, 12-reelbsection, 18-reel,
24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off,
take-off, driven system and electrical system.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers,
Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development
of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great
improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can
develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to
be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have
independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB
Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type
Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area
of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our
company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual output
value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has developed into
one of the most important Stranding Machine Manufacturer in China.
