1. Application
This series machine is used for twisting bare copper, tinned wire
and enameled wire, etc which mainly applicated in the wire and
cable industry.
2. Performance
This machine is consist of PLC procedure, inverter speed-regulation
control, pneumatic control, cantilever cabling twist motion, bobbin
capstan take-up motion and reciprocating traverse motion are dual
controlled by mechanical linkage and pneumatic linkage,so, the
excellent timing performance of the unit from starting.
Normal opeartion,slow stop and emergency stop condition, in
addition,the stable twist pitch is also ensure with small errorsat
the same time. Such cabling series are unique in the design of
production line.Advanced in technology and it is the prefered
product for the seriesproduction of cabling and wrapping.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
