1. Application
This machine is mainly used for producing long bare aluminum wire, copper wire, ACSR compression wire, and can also be used for producing fan-shaped compressed stranded wire and circular compressed drawn wire.

2. Features

2.1.This machine is driven by a 36 speed variable transmission gearbox, with dual active and dual hauling capstan, providing strong traction. The wire distributing collar adopt natural wire distribution for preventing abrasion damage of wire cores when stranding.

2.2.Wire pay-off tension is controlled pneumatically to guarantee constant tension in full loaded bobbin or empty bobbin. There is a special automatic emergency stop device in case of wire break.

2.3.The device can control directly every pay-off bobbin in the cage .When wire-broken, the entire machine will automatically stop at once.the machine is suitable for long length, big across-area XLPE cable production.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
