High Speed Sun Planetary Strander High Rotating Speed Fast Delivery
1. Usage
The machine is used for stranding Cu, Al wire, ACSR and insulated
wires with back-twist. It also can steel-armoring or Cu-screening
cables.
2. Main Characters
2.1. Back-twist method: Sun & planetary gear mechanism.
2.2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism
friction tension control.
2.3. The transmission shafts link all the machine parts together to
keep stable stranding pitch, which can also be chosen frequency
synchronization to control the machine.
2.4. The machine is widely used, and manipulated conveniently with
low-noise.
3. Configuration
Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel, 12-reel , 18-reel section, 24-reel
and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off,
take-off, driven system and electrical system.

7. Our factory and introduction
Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in Hejian Economic Development Zone,
Hebei Province, and is the largest professional manufacturer of
stranding machines and laying-up machines in North China.
Since 2006, with the care and support of a large number of
customers, Baohong Electrical Machinery has been committed to the
research and development of wire stranding machines and laying-up
machines, and has made significant progress. At present, our
company has become the only domestic manufacturer to develop and
produce JLK rigid stranding machine series products into assembly
line processing, and has independently developed JGB Bow skip
stranding line, CGB Bow skip stranding line, and CLY High-speed
cradle type laying-up line.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. covers an area
of 10000 square meters, and the production workshop is 8000 square
meters. The company currently has 60 employees, including 10
research and development personnel. At present, with an annual
output value exceeding 10 million US dollars, it has developed into
one of the most important stranding machine production enterprises
in China.
