High Efficient Cable Armouring Machine ,Steel Wire Armouring Machine

1. Introduction
This machine is mainly used for armouring single or double steel wire around the cable, or manufacturing large section of steel wire ropes.Which is driven by 36-stage gear-box,the tow wheels of double wheel capstan are overhung position supported on shafts. One wheel is straight and the other is inclined position arranged to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out. The maximum pulling force reaches 15T.each reel is equipped with an advanced broken wire detector, allowing to stop the machine automatically in case of broken wire.

Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual output value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has developed into one of the most important Stranding Machine Manufacturer in China.
